01

Modern slavery & human trafficking

MettaPay has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking, consistent with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018. We require vendors to warrant the same and to promptly disclose any incident.

02

Supply chain due diligence

Our primary supply chain is software and cloud services. We screen vendors against sanctions lists and expect them to comply with applicable labor laws. Higher-risk categories (BPO, hardware) are reviewed additionally.

03

Anti-bribery & anti-corruption

We comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act 2010, and equivalent laws. Employees, contractors, and agents are prohibited from offering or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments — including "facilitation payments".

04

Gifts & hospitality

Modest business courtesies are acceptable; anything of significant value, or given to influence a decision, is not. All gifts to or from government officials require prior legal approval.

05

Reporting concerns

Report suspected violations confidentially to ethics@mettapays.com. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited.
