Program description
MettaPay sends SMS messages for: (1) account security (2FA codes, sign-in alerts), (2) transaction status (escrow funded, released, disputed), and (3) optional product updates you opt into.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and enabling SMS, you consent to receive automated messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation SMS. Security-critical messages (e.g., 2FA) may still be sent while your account has 2FA enabled — disable SMS 2FA in settings to stop those.

Reply HELP for support, or email support@mettapays.com.
Supported carriers
Available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to deliver the messages you opted into and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
